I made a mistake by grabbing a box of root lightener and it turned my hair a bunch of problems but my hairdresser stylist knew exactly what to do, she knows my goals, and set me up with a shampoo for hard water! It’s a lifesaver! I’m serious about how well water can damage your hair so bad that I’m in tears and I have to hide it with a ponytail or a faux bun which are cute but you want your own hair lol! Had a great experience and is seeing her next month!🙏👍💯

I have had a lot of Haircuts in my life, as some people know there have been times when some places we would never go back to again, finding a great haircutter can be as challenging as finding gold in the bathtub, and you wonder how a lot of them ever picked that profession. when i first went to Hair Masters, I was already coming from let's say another haircutter that should try another profession, so you get nervous once again, we all have had that feeling. Then I met Sisi, and guess what, she listens to you, very attentive to detail and she is one of the most extraordinary stylists i have ever had. I have been back to see her several times now and will continue. Yesterday [Friday Jan.30th] i got another fantastic haircut from her, you know that feeling you get that makes you feel like a million bucks, that's how I'm feeling. If you need to get a real Haircut, go see Sisi at Hair Masters in Gig Harbor, you will be glad you did, thanks for another great Haircut Sisi, keep up the great work you were born to do, Sincerely Harry.

Terrance Burton that man right there does absolutely amazing work. I walked in with what I consider a mop for hair and told him I wanted it cut and he can do anything. Well I'm not disappointed at all, I usually just buzz it all off but let me say Terrance did such an amazing job and chose an amazing haircut. Very friendly, super caring of his clients and attention to detail. He sees a standard that others should look up too and follow. 10/10
